All-Sports speed camps are open to boys and girls ages 10 and up. These camps will develop speed & agility for all sports. All-Sports speed camps are comprehensive in nature. All activities will be presented at this camp.

Soccer Speed & Agility Camps
Description:
Soccer speed camp will develop speed, agility, and first-step quickness. Training methods willl include agility and foot speed drills, resistance training, overspeed training, plyometrics, balance, coordination and conditioning drills programmed for the competitive soccer athlete.

Volleyball Speed & Agility Camp
Description:
Volleyball Speed & Agility Camp will focus on developing first step quickness and improving vertical velocity. Foot speed, agility, and reaction time development are most important to volleyball success. Core development, using a wide variety of medicine balls and training methods will increase upper and lower body power and range of motion. Athletes will utilize a wide variety of speed/agility development equipment.

Youth All-Sports Speed & Agility Camp
Description:
Youth Speed Camps will be held for boys and girls grades 4-6th. Athletes will be introduced to speed, agility and conditioning training techniques. The camp activities will be applied to a wide range of competitive sports. All activities will be age-appropriate in nature. A wide variety of speed development training aids will be utilized at this camp: resistance parachute training, medicine balls, resistance harness, jump ropes, sand sprints/jumps, balance boards, resistance bands, reaction belts & reaction balls, agility rings, agility quad - and more!

Boys and girls ages 8-11.

The goal of this camp is to teach a broad range of speed skills which can be applied to all sports. Activities will be presented in a positive, relaxed atmosphere.
High-Performance Track & Field Camp
Description:
High-Performance Track & Field Camp is an outstanding opportunity for athletes to improve event skills. This camp will be staffed by High School & Collegiate coaches as well as some of the Top Collegiate Athletes in the Midwest & USA. High Performance Track & Field Camp Participants will have the freedom to receive instruction in multiple event areas during this 5 day camp. Event Areas covered will be: Pole Vault, Endurance, Hurdles, Throws, Sprints & Relays, Horizontal Jumps (Long & Triple) & High Jump. Come to this camp ready to make big gains in your overall event performance. Event progressions & teaching will be commensurate with the athlete's abilities. Athletes must bring their own throwing implements & pole vault poles.

Baseball / Softball Speed & Agility Camp
Description:
Baseball / Softball speed & Agility camp will focus on the multiple demands of these sports. Base-running acceleration, agility and lateral movements required to play great defense, core strength development for increased range of motion which improves throwing and hitting skills. A wide range of speed development equipment will be used at this camp.
